nvidia said that frame generation increases fps by 4 timeswhy in this game with 30 or 40 fps it only increases by 10?

I've seen this in Cyberpunk so far. Maybe in this game, over time, patches will bring a big advantage with dlss 3?🤷â€â™‚ï¸

Plus, all moving objects, such as foliage in the wind from dlls3, turn into a blur. Without it, each branch is clearly visible, and the leaf is moving, and sharpening does not help.
And v-sync doesn't work with it. And I have you 60fps without jasing.
And there is no 60 FPS with rays in cyberpunk with 4080.
Could have overpaid 15t rubles and buy 4090
