Steam downloads only one 5 byte file Dummy (The Dark Pictures: The Devil in Me)

The problem is common among many, and not only in the RU region, this has been seen in Brazil and Turkey. The problem is related to retail keys.

The only working method is to drop the downloaded files of the NOT CRACKED game from torrents into the steam game folder (look for links in the discussions). In my case, both network functions and achievements work, some do not. Most likely depends on the purity of the repack.
