Game won't launch from my region (Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0)

I live in the Donbass, IP thinks that I am in Ukraine. I normally downloaded the game in Steam, the site is activated and the game itself does not start without vpn, I can’t enter the lobby. And with ping to play such a thing for yourself and there are no adequate free vpnov.
I understand the reason in the region?
