connection with PT ? (Silent Hill: Townfall)

I read about one interesting rumor that supposedly the game takes place in the same universe as PT from Hideo Kojima. I also read that the Man in the Townfall teaser is very similar to Jordan Peel, and Kojima recently talked to him on Twitter and posted a general photo.

I'm thinking, what if Kojima is actually working on Townfall? Well, or at least helps the studio No Code, which is working on the game.

The trailer for the game is really amazing.
