Crashes at the end of the game (Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales)

At the moment QTE crashes, who knows how to fix it?
pc config:
rtx 2060
i5 11400
32 gb ram
game installed on ssd.

Found a solution to the problem. You go into the settings - accessibility - turn off dynamic scenes and hold instead of pressing. This will skip the QTE entirely. Why did it help
