Help solve the error (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Friends, I've been trying to deal with this problem for a long time. When installing and starting GTA, the Rockstar Game Launcher installation window pops up, it closes and pops out again. It goes on like this indefinitely, you can't play it. Tried reinstalling, doesn't help.

Out of curiosity, I wrote in a search engine, Rockstar Games Launcher installation problem.

Recommend VPN.

So it may be because of a bad file, or frequent installation interruptions, but in general you can try VPN, as they advise.
