Save location CODEX (Uncharted 4: A Thief's End)

After update 3 of the patch, the FLT crack flew in, the Codex saves flew off. Where are they located and where to substitute them to continue the game?

In new repacks, the numbers of the save folder change, you just need to transfer the old saves there, and delete the old one
