Game Shortcut Not Responding/Won't Launch (Watch Dogs: Legion)

Good day. Please help with advice.
I wanted to play for a long time, I downloaded (pirated, different versions) the latest mechanics, but nothing happens when I start the game (Poke on a shortcut or exe)
system:
Radeon RX 6600 XT Sapphire Nitro +
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F
32.0 GB
Run as administrator and standard shamanic actions - nothing changes.
What do you advise?

Antivirus, Windows "protector" and so on. eat? - if so, check if the crack is blocking. Add to exceptions if necessary.
