Mini-location, Dahl, Vladof etc. (Borderlands 3)

The screen did not ,but in the very first location, right on the map, there is exaltation and there is something like plant with a huge door, on which the inscription: VLADOF
Still, there are the same with DAHL.
Area, but EU-closed. Someone knows something about this?
