Texture rendering issue (Genshin Impact)

There was a problem with the PC, and I had to return to the game on the phone. Before NG, I played normally without problems with the picture, but after downloading the game again and running some textures and effects for me, they began to render badly. I thought maybe it was because of the high graphics, but lowering the graphics in the settings did not change anything.
