Game not saving (STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl)

I put vanilla v 1 0006 on the child's laptop. He liked it, but it is not saved. Note characteristics:

Even the STALKER-SHOC folder is not created. I downloaded the folder with old saves, the game does not see it. from your account in GOG. It is not saved, and that's it. Has anyone encountered a similar "phenomenon"?

For the sake of experiment, you can run the game with administrator rights and see if it saves or not.

PS And there are several ways to solve the problem.
