Save sync with Game Pass

I took a subscription to EA Play on Steam for a year, in Battlefield and nfs I upgraded everything!

I bought Game Pass + Ea play, hoping to continue the game and there the process is at zero, although all the settings (graphics and controls) are mine! I connected steam and Ea app to the Xbox application, all games still start only from the beginning ... Although in the battle the whole plot was completed and online at 0!

Is this really fixable? I don't want to restart everything...
