Lags on a powerful PC (Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0)

I decided to download Warzone 2.0, at startup the game starts to lag from the menu itself (20 fps in the menu) but the joke is that lags appear after loading shaders, I tried everything already, a complete reinstallation of drivers and rollback to old versions including
