DLC confirmation error

Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this kind of problem?
I played from a friendly library that has this dlc. But now that the game is on the account save ruined (for the preorder on this key is not, as well as other dlc), as well as the created heroes. Maybe there is a shamanism, which will help fix it? I know that in Stellaris was a craftsman who activated all the dlc for those who could not/would not buy them.
