Soap in the remake

I just started playing resident resident evil 4 remake and ran into this problem, buildings are soapy in the distance, up close are normal. All of the settings tried the graphics. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Solution already found, you need to turn "grid quality" in the graphics settings to medium
