How do you find Zelda the dragon?

I do not understand I found it after I collected all tears deacon collected not enough energy to take the sword left and it flew away somewhere do not understand where it is?

It's roughly where it flies. And if you collect resources from the dragon, you have to wait a couple of game days for it to spun up.
