No freak ears gathering

There's a problem with freak ears going to a maximum of 10 pieces and then that's it. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Not once. Both on PS4 and PC. Looks like some sort of exclusive bug.

If you have already sold everything you have, but you still can not build ears, then either you have a game is not clean - remember, maybe some mods you installed or downloaded from somewhere unknown, or minicab in the form of a rare bug

Mods installed, but worked all, as perk open starts working bug. Thought because of the particular skill, I checked, no difference with any bug. But if you do not sell all the ears and keep more than 10, then further pick up.
