No cars from DLC

Bought the game with all the dlc, but in the game of the latest dlc I can not get these cars. In the sets indicates that bought, but you can not select the car and it is not in the garage. From previous dlc can normally buy at least 10 identical cars. What could the problem be? All updates are worth

Not all cars can be bought. Some are dropped from the bonus roulette or for passing seasons.

The collection of cards specifically states that the car is from the DLC and you can only get it by buying it or at auction. About the seasons these cards do not specify cars. cards are always written for what you can get a car: a task, season, roulette or car dealership. Here is just from the DLC

Same thing. About 70 cars have loaded into the garage by pressing the space bar, and some say it's bought but it's not in the garage. However, a couple of them I won for quests in the add-ons and now they are there. But overall the situation is unclear.
