There are no players in ONLINE mode

Greetings everyone! I recently encountered this situation. I decided the other day to play NFS Heat. Chose the mode "ONLINE". And saw that almost no player in the game. Well, I think, like, and the time was late, I went into the game the next day, the same story. Even later went into the game. And as did not go, a maximum of 4 players, along with me, and then there is no one. Although before there were 16 players (maximum). And constantly "turnover" in the game was, someone left or came... And now everything is sad. Yes, by the way, reset in the "Lobby" and the game, also tried, does not help (I suspect that this is a glitch on the servers EA). Maybe someone knows what's wrong, why in the game, in "ONLINE" mode no players?
