No access to the craft \"scholasticism\"

As far as I understand, to get the craft of "scholarship" you need to build a lecture hall. I had the recipe for the lecture hall available at level 4 of the Mystery and Wisdom path. I successfully built it, but the craft "scholarship" has not opened. Can you please tell me if there is anything I can do about it?
