I'm stuck on a quest called "Heroic Soul.

Taken from a gerudo in a shelter, you must collect 7 orbs. The coordinates of their locations are given by Patricia, Riju's favorite sand cat. So, the coordinates of the last balloon are (-3800), (-2969), (0058)

I have no idea what to do here next - you can't break it, there's no passage from below. Or rather, it's the dome of the place where the other 6 orbs are already lying and when you charoportal, you just fly down here as well. Is this a glitch or are there any options?
