How to install mods on a server? v40.43 (Project Zomboid)

Hello, can anyone tell how to install the mods not the server? Wanted to play with a friend but mods just don't work on the server. Can anyone tell is it possible to put them or is it not yet implemented?

when creating a server, you need to select a steam workshop, and add. to a friend, they will automatically be loaded when connected.
