A bug in the quest \"talk to Joseph \"
Mission to talk to Joseph is not passed, there are three mutants on the roof and the dead Joseph is lying, the mutants do not attack and they are frozen. Maybe I do something wrong? Who has a save after this level, please send it to me.

Same bug happened, loading the old save helped, just in case I skipped the ctscenes, maybe because of this bug

At this point, rolling back the save and skipping the cutscene helps. Replay the battle and talk to him. There are no patches to solve this problem yet. And on Fighter Alpha difficulty, a lot of people have a broken playthrough...
