Strong intu-lag on the gamepad

This is the first time I've encountered this. max settings, even 160 fps, framerate 6ms.

In +-30 seconds of the game or after picking up any object the lag starts to grow, and it is not abruptly, but gradually. with each second the delay is felt stronger, and the turn the camera and play in general terribly unpleasant.
tried turning off the vertical and set one pre-prepared frame in the driver - no change
tried disabling all post-processing effects - no change
no delay on the keyboard, but it's not comfortable to play this way by personal preference. this situation is only in this game, no such thing in others
