What happens if you kill a puppy at the base?

With a pp in the dop weapons, a question occurred to me: what happens if you shoot a pup a couple of times with a pp. Does it die? Or will it be ogled?

On the base, you can only shoot non-lethal weapons. If you kill/non-lethal a puppy in a mission, it simply won't exist (sort of)

at the base non-lethal weapon only after some sort of Misi remember was a weapon as they take away possible but shoot them not the fact that you can. on the base you can kill a NPC if you throw him into the sea or arrange an explosion by crashing into a turret on the jeep. about the dog not sure at all.
