Run the SKSE launcher without problems (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

2) rename skse_loader.exe in TESV.exe
3) create in the folder Skyrim\Data\SKSE\ skse file.ini

All. After these steps the game can be run in any traditional (and, I suspect, non-traditional, too) way - SKSE will be loaded along with the game.
You can start from the launcher, you can launch from steam, you can run with a shortcut. And nothing to say I just want the game and SKSE.
