The quest has not been fulfilled (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Quest of the robbery the clinic in Valentine has not been fulfilled? MB it is possible as that to fix?
Gave the seller a pistol, entered the room, killed everyone, took the money and the gun,fled from the cops.
But the quest does not like hanging finished!
