Transfers to and from the application (FIFA 20)

Now playing Fifa20. Platform ps4.
Transfers do not work in the Companion app . Temporarily (briefly) covered the transfers in fifa 18 half a year ago for violation of the rules, but then opened. Appear if the ability to use the transfers through the app or we should not have to wait?
