Error loading Windows 7

Popped up the error on the desktop when you boot Windows 7
access violation at address in module 03B0FE06 'DIP4cTDPAction.dll'. Read of address 00000000
can anyone explain?

The error popped up only once, and can't understand why. Antivirus is-no problem.
