Low fps (Metro Exodus)
Terribly low fps in the game and even the menu from 38 to 1 fps every 3 seconds! Just all lag, even on low settings. But the minimum requirements my computer meets. Help who knows? plus!Characteristics of my computer:

All 4 cores loaded 100%, it's bad I understand? If Yes then how to unload it? the graphics card is only 50% loaded

try all processes to close, which can ship the computer. Check without a running game in the process, how much you have the percent loaded.
