How many people play this game still? (Quake 3 Arena)

I occasionally put it on and play.Just can't deal with graphics,what would improve - so me for long enough.Recently put Windows 10 - so do not know run it.

The recommended Ku3 very good at top speed, there is more and not required. For 1999, the required pitch top to enjoy the highest graphics and at the same time stable fps...
