Crashes on Ilum (Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order)

Pirates, repak from SpaceX, played on Ryzen 5 3600, inside is a Ti 1660, Win 10.

The entire game was played on epic a flight, no complaints about lag, but I came to Ilum, getting to the Jedi temple, entered into the opening in the ice and rushed kukuha on the tile. First was the lag sound (the game works without brakes, models move without lag, the snow will fall drawdown, but the sound slows down. The subtitles seem to go out some time, and then the character says, and Beedy's been playing on your droideka), but as I got up and studied the top of the echo - and all took off!
Decided not to climb, just go to the temple - the same song: the rift - lag sound - departure.

This to me is just lucky or who else faced? And most importantly - how to treat?
