With attery and MicroProse out of nowhere

Already 3 months not suffering from a rare tutterow and microprism literally vertical stripe at counter frametime every 5 minutes that I just did, cleared the cache, put kostyli sandblaster , lower timings, was perestanavlivat Windows, installed all sorts of drivers, checked other CDs, all even to the end tried to solve the problem, but it does, in service of what you carry? CPU and none work consistently, as you should , the specs : i3 8100, 1050ti 8 ram . Freezes in almost all games except sessional type KS overwatch or DotA. The most insulting that the first half of PC, like I did not notice .Please help
