As far as I know, the mercenaries capture card only once. And different the same type of activities as I understand they are endless.
If I had the opportunity once and for all to capture all areas of the city, the game would have already passed through 12-14 hours. And it would be nothing. All events happen in the game randomly and endlessly, thus once and for all to completely release the area from the bandits - it is impossible. An exception may serve only shelter or Main headquarters.
I don't get it. What the hell is going on? I'm like a fool 10h take control of the dots. What, supposedly improves the situation (as the game itself said), and in the end it does not mean anything at all?
