People say on a hacked version, there is this crystal available in the Deluxe edition?And is it possible to buy a retail version with pre-order bonuses for those who came in late, if so who?The origin of and the incentive these versions already(not counting Origin Acess)!

I will answer only to one part of the question, regarding the bonuses:
Most likely, the pirates that you have described - no. In the release notes on the torrent only specifies bonuses deluxe edition, and not a word about pre-order pack, alas. The game I downloaded a bit to run, release the pre-order bonuses are not found.
