Quest to collect different exotic things,after the first flush(the feathers of herons, orchids),all the items collected,and the quest giver is not present,who faced?

To start the quest you need the fourth Chapter, and we must find a stranger in Saint Denis.

I story went.At 94,2% now.I read somewhere that if all these feathers are collected in advance,the game breaks down and that is the quest giver will not appear until you start again.
