I have to pump again the entire game , delete the file Content.ggpk, then launch the game to install the patch.
When moving to a new location or TP to town to fail and the game hangs. Moreover, not always, but on average 3-5 transition. Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem or some good advice?

In the Settings the texture quality is put on Medium. After this should not be such error.
P. S. the Error due to the lack of RAM, but that doesn't mean that you have it a little. Just the game is still poorly optimized and the memory is released not as we would like. Working on it.
