Participation is free of charge. For sure will need to pass a rune ist organiser of the event. If you show up for the tournament and spent all of the fights scheduled grid, then at the end of the tournament your fee will be returned to you.
Note:
if you banned the moderator is fair pvp for breaking the rules and you can no longer continue the tournament, the fee will not be refunded.

however, it is not clear some points that it would be nice to discuss and may Supplement the rules
1) those defeated in duel *ASMR vs *jeepers_1, for an exit from the game not during the match
2) those defeated in duel *yw vs *Jay_xD, for passiveness
3) set-off wins in duel *yw vs *Jay_xD, when not denuded locations arreat summit
4) the question of the duel in 3-4 places. in the tournament grid and *jeepers_1 and *Jay_xD lost in the Upper Bracket and Lower Bracket. isn't it supposed to be a duel between the 3 and 4 spot? in previous tournaments there was always a fight for 3-4 places
