Mysterious inscriptions in Blackwater (Red Dead Redemption 2)

I found these labels in the lane Blackwater (the location on the mini-map) was the animation - See and the entry in the diary. And then what? It's some kind of test, like a vampire in Saint-Denis? Or Easter eggs. Who know, write a review

also found this place,but do not understand what the meaning of the inscription,maybe just Easter eggs,and maybe even a cheat code,cheat codes in the game in different places is one such accidentally found in razvaliny hut in the far North in the snow,there is a bedside table opened it and there scrawled the inscription,translation't remember but it's one of the cheat codes)then maybe something like that
