Trophy "Old habits" (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

The guys decided to beat platinum on the ps4 in this game. If some trophies all clear, then these few questions: I know I need to go and open all the question marks on the map, the tombs and stuff..but do I need to pass the Hippodrome Gladiator arena and side quests too?

Before, in my opinion, to challenge the Hippodrome and the arena is not required, the side effects do not know, because by then all the quests were completed

All the map needs to go. DLC maps don't count.
