The game freezes at one o'clock ( 1:00 ) (Hearts of Iron 4)

When in the game the day passes and comes the next, the game freezes for 5-10 seconds at 1:00. What to do? What could be the problem?

The farther into the forest... actually by mid-war or late, the game speed decreases. The feeling that 1 sec. = 30sec.

there are mods that disable the South America and Africa...it gives a small boost of fps...

I liked the Expert AI 4.0 - but while the new version did not. So it had to be abandoned.
