Gate reminiscent of fall in the tenth mission (Devil May Cry 5)

In the tenth mission in the big room there is a gate resembling a mouth. While I looked around me they were closed. How to open the gate again and why closed?

You have to kill enemies quickly before their closing and to run. They are no longer open, pereprohodit mission only.

1) Restart the mission
2) Load checkpoint
