Fullness store (Payday 2)

Improved storage to level 3. In the vault was opened 3 rooms on the bottom floor, 6 other rooms closed. Looted a lot of money, all 3 rooms are filled with money to the ceiling, Central room is also filled with money. The other 6 doors are still closed.

As it should be? Or I have a bug?
Is it possible to open other doors?
