Noob question about the inconvenient. (Diablo 2)

In short app used to d2m I have all the Windows lined up in the workspace panel, and I was convenient to switch between them in the process of leveling, parowski, etc. Such red icon was always .Now I have 1 icon in the toolbar start and when it induce ,you may select the desired window.Inconvenience.Tried using Alt+tab to do everything,but while switching Windows is clamped like a viola and constantly need pressing to quietly kill the cows.How to be ?

HOOD thank you ) the first problem is solved ,how to deal with the second ? when using alt+tab Alt remained tense ?-nopickup was removed vseravno exact same problem

Why would you Alt-tab, if the problem is solved? nopickup only does not accidentally raise stuff from the floor without pressed Alt. On the sticky it will have no effect.
