Flew save (Devil May Cry 5)

Help, was held to 11 Chapter today and start a new game, does anyone have information about where are the save? and does anyone have the saves before the 11th mission, I would be very grateful and to all a good day!

P. S. x2 And lags behind the animation from the sound obtained by the audio ended, and the characters still move their lips. Is there any way to solve?(The problem is not in hardware, stable 40-60fps)
