The added stop in cutscenes + repeat the last spoken phrase well logs in the gaming process.
The graphics card is not suitable.1GB for games is not enough.
I was in the third part on the old computer.One way out - to change iron.

Should not lag when min preset time and 720 - 900P file system is lame apparently.

This hd 6750 ddr5 lucky, at 720p should be no twitching to go. The file system check, HDD.
OS - Win 7 SP 1 x64 this is the reason. put the 8-ku and will not lag.
it's still early days said that win 7 will be friezes. put 8 or 10 Windows.

Strange, this is how I managed 4 years to play BF4 without lags on win7 = )

Remember most on the same Athlone saver even in BF3 (and other games) lag - tried to install DualCore Optimizer did not help: either the program is broken, or I did not understand it. Solved the problem like this: during cutscenes in task Manager threw load on 1 core - no longer was lag, but after sostavleniya to slow down the gaming process: include both - until the next saver. After replacing the CPU to Athlon II X4 640, everything was fine: though this 4-core was not high performance, but I survived until 2017 - while some games did not require SSE 4.1 / 4.2, which it does not.

I had the same Windows played (and by the way still play it) - nothing lag. Was a low frame rate (depending on graphics settings), due to the weak graphics card - played with bundle Athlon II X4 640 + GTX 650.
