Freezes during game (Apex Legends)

Often faced with this error. The game from time to time freezes for a few seconds, while in the right corner and a red circle appears, informing about the error. Teammates have no problem. Further droops and the game goes as usual. I think that perhaps the problem with the Internet connection, but the Internet is good in other games fly.
