Graphical artefact in place of the avatar. (Final Fantasy 15)

The problem: place the penguin (or whatever it is, don't know) responsible for creating an avatar for an online game, I have a little blur (screenshot attached), when you create the avatar, too, and after the creation of the avatar I run this graphic monster. How to cure it? I must say, with the video card everything is fine, checked.
