Problems with the dialogues. (Fallout 4)

Faced with such a problem: many of the characters don't want to talk to me. Approach them, start talking, you answered Hello and that's it, say no more don't want to talk. Sometimes I can neither take nor take the quest, nor take or not to release partner. Presumably this happened because of installing mods, but I don't know how to figure out what that is, maybe several at once. Is there a way to make NPC speak to me again???
