The perfect MMORPG of your ideas

I've played different MMORPG, but none of them I missed more than 0.5 - 1 year. The only game that sucked for a long time was WoW, but in the end got sick of it and after exploring the world and fulfilling the pile of quests all comes down to roll,
dull and tedious obtaining gear and levels. I am also looking for an interesting MMORPG. First, I impose a lot of requirements to search, but since could not find, requirements three (in order of importance, from more important to less important):
